Last week we had a family portrait done. We've been meaning to do it for ages. Here it is:
After consulting my bible, The Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother, I gave our daughter Lani a one out of 10 for this effort. I went on to add that it was rubbish, that she was too, and to get out of the house.
I did, however, give her one point for being fairly accurate on size, except for my enormous head, and for attention to detail on wardrobe ...
I'd just like to add that the Jeep car company is a fantastic producer of clothes which supplies most of the Tiger Father's wardrobe on the cheap from the Back O'The Truck market down the road. That a six-year-old daughter has noticed my reliance on this brand enough to include it in a portrait shows she is probably only months away from telling me I look embarrassing.
